In 2012-2016, China was the largest consumer of dried fruits and vegetables in the world. The second place in sales in 2016 was occupied by India with a natural indicator of 0.92 million tons, which accounted for 9.37% of total sales. The third place belonged to Brazil, where 0.50 million tons of dried fruits and vegetables were sold (5.10%).
